All about Shane

From my humble beginnings of working in the pre-press department of a screen printing shop to working my way up to Art Director and Senior Graphic Artist, a lot has changed in the industry. As technology has progressed, so have my skills and capabilities. After starting out hand-cutting rubilith with an exacto knife to produce color separations, computers quickly took over. I have been working on Adobe applications in a Mac environment since the days before Photoshop had layers. Quark was the publishing layout application of choice and has now been taken over by Adobe InDesign. All of which I have extensive experience working in. All of this experiience has come into play as I've designed and produced a multitude of marketing and advertising materials from the essential to the extravegant. Business cards to full event space layout. Tri-fold brochures to full sales kits with custom die-cut pockets and sheets. Web banners to full web sites. However, computer and digital media are not the only tool I create in. I am also trained in the field of fine art and illustration. Custom paintings in oils or acrylics are my passion along with detailed sketches in graphite and pen & ink. Chances are, if you can dream it, I have done it or can do it.
